“I’ve tried PT, chiropractors, and injections. How is this any different?”

Totally fair question! Most of my clients come to me after trying all of those things. The difference here is that we don’t just treat the pain and send you on your way. I break down your movement in slow motion, show you exactly what’s going on, and teach you how to fix it yourself. No more guessing, no more endless appointments — just a clear plan that puts you back in control of your body.

“Do I need to stop working out while I go through this program?”

No! The whole point of this program is to keep you training. I'll help you adapt movements so you can keep working out safely while rebuilding your strength, mobility, and confidence. My goal is to get you back to living the life YOU want - not sit you on the sidelines.

“What if I don’t have a lot of time?”

We work with busy parents and professionals every day, so your program is designed to be efficient. Most sessions are 15–20 minutes and can be done at home or at the gym with minimal equipment. You’ll get clear priorities each week so you can make progress without sacrificing family time. But remember this: if you can change when you're busy, you'll always be able to handle what life throw at you ;)
