Hey, I'm Kaden! I help active adults and parents break free from pain, rebuild confidence in their bodies, and get back to the workouts, sports, and family moments that matter most. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and strength coach, my mission is simple: cut through the frustration of quick fixes and empower you with the tools, guidance, and support to take control of your health. You don’t have to slow down or sit on the sidelines—I’ll show you how to move, train, and thrive again.

“Do I need to stop working out while I go through this program?”

No! The whole point of this program is to keep you training. I'll help you adapt movements so you can keep working out safely while rebuilding your strength, mobility, and confidence. My goal is to get you back to living the life YOU want - not sit you on the sidelines.

“What if I don’t have a lot of time?”

We work with busy parents and professionals every day, so your program is designed to be efficient. Most sessions are 15–20 minutes and can be done at home or at the gym with minimal equipment. You’ll get clear priorities each week so you can make progress without sacrificing family time. But remember this: if you can change when you're busy, you'll always be able to handle what life throw at you ;)
